1. Order processing
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Delivery time
Our standard delivery timeframe is usually 5 to 15 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions and seasonal demand.
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping fees
Grace & Cove currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please allow a short amount of time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, but delays can sometimes happen due to carrier issues, busy seasons, weather, customs processing or other factors outside our control.

6. Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

• Clear photos of the damaged package
• Clear photos of the affected item
Once we review the issue, we will help you with the next step.
9. Shipping protection
If shipping protection is available at checkout and you choose to add it to your order, it may help cover certain shipping issues such as lost or damaged packages.
Shipping protection does not cover:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs
• Orders where the customer does not contact us within the required timeframe
