Return Policy
At Grace & Cove, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will help you with the next step.

1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with the original packaging
We may not be able to accept returns if the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or use.
2. How to start a return
To start a return, please email us at info@graceandcove.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
3. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refund on your account.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@graceandcove.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video of the item
• A photo of the packaging, if relevant
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, you can return the eligible item and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@graceandcove.com.
We will do our best to help, but orders may be processed quickly. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
8. Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address was entered incorrectly, please contact us. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in every case.
9. Lost packages
If your tracking shows that your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@graceandcove.comwith your order number.
We will review the tracking information and help find a solution.
If the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
10. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not accept returns on:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items with stains, odours, perfume, makeup, or damage
• Items returned without approval
• Items outside the 30-day return period
• Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
11. Chargebacks and disputes

We are happy to help and will always try to find a fair solution.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide the payment provider with relevant order information, such as order confirmation, tracking details and communication records.
